Self-Timer Mode
The self-timer can be used for photographs that include the photographer.
1 Mount the camera on a tripod.
2 Choose self-timer mode.
3 Frame the photograph and focus.
4 Press the shutter-release button the rest of the way down.

5 After the picture is taken, the self-timer turns off, restoring the shooting mode in effect before self-timer mode selected.
